TimberLand offers a complete package.  This means you get the construction blueprints plus all the materials you need to complete your cabin to the lock up stage.  The roof will be on, exterior siding installed and the windows and exterior doors will be in place. The cabin will be structurally sound, weatherproof and secure. You can then finish the interior at your leisure.

Our packages also include better materials. We select only premium grade lumber. You can’t buy the quality of our wood in most building supply yards as virtually all their higher quality material is usually exported.  All cedar components are processed through our own sawmill and manufacturing plant. Because every design is optimized there is less waste and combining this process with stronger components means better value buildings.

All framing lumber is carefully selected and kiln dried to provide superior straightness and strength.  Our windows are low maintenance, energy efficient products that meet or exceed all NFRC and CSA standards and carry a 10 year warranty.  And our roofing and siding materials can carry extended warranties of up to 50 years depending on product selected.

All the materials you need come in one delivery.  From us to you.  When you specify.  Where you specify.  How you specify.  Standard delivery to the nearest main town is included in the price.  From there to your site may be extra.    

Buying a complete package is the best solution under any circumstances.  It saves time, money and costly mistakes.  The further your building site is from a large building supplier, the more this is true.  Driving to a distant store not only costs you the gas and the travel time, but also increased labor costs due to lack of productivity.  This is not to mention the delay in completion or problems caused by weather exposure to your half-finished cabin.  From any point of view it just isn’t worth it to buy materials in small quantities.
